Privacy Policy
Nilla Digital Ltd. (“Company”) operates internal software tools (the “Software”) that integrate with QuickBooks Online via Intuit's Developer API. This Privacy Policy describes how data is handled in connection with the Software.
1. Scope
The Software is used solely for the Company's own internal bookkeeping and administrative purposes. It is not offered as a service to third parties and does not have external end users.
2. Data Accessed
Through authorized integration with QuickBooks Online, the Software may access accounting and company data, including: chart of accounts, transactions, invoices, bills, customers, vendors, reports, and company profile information, as permitted by the OAuth scopes granted during connection.
3. Use of Data
Data accessed through the Software is used exclusively for the Company's internal bookkeeping, reporting, reconciliation, and related administrative workflows.
4. Storage and Security
Data retrieved through the Software is processed on infrastructure controlled by the Company. The Software uses TLS for all API communications with Intuit and stores OAuth credentials securely. Access is restricted to authorized personnel of the Company.
5. Data Sharing
The Company does not sell, rent, or share data accessed through the Software with any third party. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers (such as cloud hosts) acting under standard confidentiality terms.
6. Retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary for the operational purposes described above. Access to QuickBooks Online can be revoked at any time from the QuickBooks Online account settings, which will terminate the Software's ability to retrieve further data.
7. Controller
As the Software is operated for the Company's own use, Nilla Digital Ltd. is the sole controller of data accessed through it.
8. Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The current version will be available at this URL.
